He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Rider University in NJ. Kieno is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors in addition other organizations. Kieno is a current member of the ALC and has been a member of the ALC since 2010. Kieno also chairs the mentor committee of his office and has mentored and continues to proudly mentor countless agents.
